The edge cutting mechanism is composed of self-made leveling wheel, cutting tool and single-phase motor.

The ironing mechanism is composed of VE cylinder and H62 brass 300℃ tempering treatment hot grinding around the hot head.
■ It is used for bilateral synchronous cutting, folding, ironing and shaping of flexible packaging battery after air pumping package. The flange adopts roller type according to the specially designed roller type suitable for the geometric curve groove of the edge, and achieve the perfect effect after the edge folding.
